国际高质量教育发展的特征与趋势

摘要

提升教育质量是全球教育改革核心议题,尤其在多国学生学业表现下滑背景下,教学质量的关键作用愈发凸显。本研究基于OECD《Unlocking High-Quality Teaching》(2025)高质量教学理论框架,采用国际比较视角,系统分析国际高质量教育的核心特征与最新趋势,探讨教学质量提升的内在机制与实践路径。研究围绕促进学生认知投入、优化课程内容质量等五大核心维度展开,揭示教育政策与课堂教学需通过多维度协同构建系统化改进机制。研究认为,高质量教育需要实现宏观制度保障与微观教学实践的有机融合,在完善相关体系的同时鼓励一线教学创新,提升课堂教学实效。
