心理契约与组织公民行为的关系研究

摘要

随着社会变迁和社会进步,企业面临着日益激烈的竞争,技术替代、 组织风险和组织变革打破了先前稳定的工作环境,员工与组织之间的矛盾已进入凸显期和多发期,员工体验到的心理契约破裂也越来越频繁。本文探讨了心理契约和组织公民行为目前国内外研究现状及其概念的界定,预测心理契约破裂会负向影响组织公民行为。因此,组织应该认真履行组织承诺,让员工切实感知到心理契约的履行;当组织由于客观因素无法履行承诺时,应及时和员工进行沟通,消除疑虑,降低心理契约破裂对员工心理及行为造成的不利影响。
