Issues and Solutions in Cultivating Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Materials Chemistry for New Quality Productive Forces

摘要

Against the dual backdrop of educational digital transformation and the accelerated
development of New Quality Productive Forces, the quality of innovative and entrepreneurial
talent cultivation in materials chemistry - a core discipline underpinning high-tech,
high-efficiency, and high-quality industrial development—directly influences industrial
transformation and upgrading as well as the national innovation system. Based on the current
state of domestic and international research on innovative and entrepreneurial education and
combined with the practical experience in talent cultivation for materials chemistry, this paper
systematically analyzes the core issues in current talent development and proposes targeted
solutions. It aims to provide a reference for constructing a talent cultivation model that meets
the demands of New Quality Productive Forces.
