摘要
This article addresses the characteristics of contemporary junior high school students in terms of cognitive styles, learning needs, and values. It analyzes the limitations of traditional “cramming” teaching methods in aspects such as philosophy, methods, interaction, and evaluation. It proposes that enhancing teaching effectiveness requires following practical pathways aligned with students’ growth rhythm. The discussion unfolds across four dimensions: First, innovating teaching philosophy to shift from a “knowledge-centered” to a “growth-centered” approach, emphasizing core competencies, individual differences, and the integration of contemporary elements. Second, optimizing teaching methods to construct a model transitioning from “one-way instruction” to “multidimensional interaction,” expanding teaching boundaries through situational teaching, cooperative learning, and digital technology. Third, reconstructing teacher-student relationships by advocating for a shift from “authority-led” to “equal dialogue,” emphasizing the teacher’s role transformation as a growth partner. Fourth, improving the evaluation system to promote innovation from “single-score focus” to “multidimensional development,” focusing on process evaluation and motivational functions. This article argues that only through systematic promotion of teaching reform can the learning potential of junior high school students be truly stimulated, promoting their comprehensive development.
